Are you a Site Supervisor - Electrical looking to join a renowned EPC contractor on a Renewable Energy Project? A global specialist in battery storage solution, delivering full lifecycle EPC projects across some exciting projects kicking off This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse growing project portfolio working on some of Australia's largest renewable projects

This position based primarily in regional Victoria (Gippsland area)

The Role

  • Supervision of electrical installation services supporting the sub supplier supervision team during the installation phase of cable plant and major equipment and setting to work
  • Support sub supplier to coordinate the respective subcontractors on board
  • Support sub supplier in coordinating of the required logistic processes
  • Assist sub supplier in work preparation of the respective installation tasks
  • Technical supervision as well as monitoring the progress of the respective installation and setting to work activities
  • Assistance of project related processes, specifications and initiation of quality assurance measures
  • Assistance for the respective quality assurance
  • Assistance during handover of the respective electrical installation area or system to class and customer
  • Support for the engineering for installation related questions
  • Support sub supplier in the on-site coordination of respective electrical tasks, resources and due dates for the installation area or the system
  • Initiate additional resources for the installation area or system together with sub supplier
  • Support sub supplier to recognise, report and track of additional costs
  • Recognise and mitigate risks in the installation area or the system (HSEQ, technical and commercial)


About you:
  • Engineering degree, equivalent or relevant trade qualification (Electrical background)
  • Working in a Contracting/EPC environment highly advantageous
  • Formal qualification in Project or Business Management is highly regarded
  • A proven record in managing projects
  • Effective evaluation, analytical and communication skills
  • Expert in similar role would be highly regarded
  • Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Current Drivers Licence
